    BORING WHERE IT SHOULD BE

B·01FRONTENDTypeScript and modern component frameworks, design-system-first. The markup you launch with is the markup your team can still maintain in year three.
B·02BACKENDTyped APIs (REST and GraphQL), queues, jobs and third-party integrations — sized for the load you'll have in three years, not the demo you'll run on Friday.
B·03MOBILEiOS and Android from a shared codebase where it makes sense, fully native where it doesn't. The decision is made per feature, not per fashion.
B·04DATASchema design, migrations, caching layers and reporting pipelines that don't rot. Boring where it should be, clever only where it pays.
B·05INFRA & CIEvery commit runs the pipeline: tests, accessibility checks, preview deploys. Nothing reaches production that didn't earn it.

    NO HOSTAGE CODE. EVER.

Everything we build lives in a repository you own from day one — typed, tested and documented. If we part ways, your team keeps shipping without a translator.

    BEFORE YOU ASK

Yes. Week one is a written audit — architecture, tests, debt, risks — followed by a roadmap. You'll know exactly what you inherited before we change a line.

A weekly demo and a shared board — that's the minimum. Some clients show up every stand-up; some show up at launch. Both work, as long as decisions don't queue up.

Fixed scope for well-defined MVPs, time-and-materials for products that are still finding their shape. We'll tell you honestly which one your project is.

Thirty days of post-launch watch, then your choice: a care plan on our hosting grid, or full handover with the runbook. Both end with you holding the keys.
